This data includes ad spends, conversion metrics (CPA, CAC, LTV), and infrastructure metrics (latency, traffic). Additionally, we store your name and corporate email during registration.

2. Purpose of Use

The collected data is strictly used for the following purposes:

• Real-time Anomaly Detection and reporting.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine infrastructure or targeting bottlenecks.
• Facilitating automated budget and targeting optimizations via Agentic Workflows.
• Securely optimizing platform performance and machine learning models.

Customer data is securely stored in isolated cloud environments using industry-standard encryption algorithms (AES-256). OptiFlow AI can perform autonomous operations within delegated permissions. These processes are protected by rigorous security protocols and data is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
